Belief is the ceiling
If you cannot state the transformation without naming the price or the materials, you do not have a belief, you have a discount.
Buying attention at a price that still leaves a margin, and converting it before that margin disappears. The same machine runs for clients and for brands we own outright.
Everything runs off one centre. Four businesses, one machine, and the same people moving between them.

MT Advertising LLC is a holding company registered in the United States. It operates four businesses. The oldest is an advertising agency. The others exist because the agency taught us something specific, and expensive: the skill that decides whether a company grows is not the product, and it is not the audience.
That skill does not care what it is pointed at. Pointed at a client's store, it produces revenue for the client. Pointed at a brand we own, it produces revenue for us. Pointed at an ad account, it produces the infrastructure other advertisers need in order to run at all. Pointed at a phone line, it produces qualified demand that businesses pay for. One machine, four owners of the output.
We hire into the agency. The work is learned on client accounts, and the ones who prove out get moved onto whatever the holding is building next. Creative, media buying, funnels and offers were all built here first, and so were the eleven people who run them.
Clients usually arrive having already learned the expensive lesson: four vendors, each responsible for one link in the chain, means nobody is responsible for the outcome. We hold all four, so the argument cannot happen.
Every one of them ran on brands the holding owns before it ran on a client account.
If you cannot state the transformation without naming the price or the materials, you do not have a belief, you have a discount.
Targeting converged years ago. What separates a profitable account from an unprofitable one is the volume and variety of creative fed into it.
Methods run on brands we own before they run on a client account. That order is deliberate, and it is the only honest way to sell a method.
Content compounds slowly. Referral cannot be scheduled. Paid media is the only channel where deciding to grow on Monday produces volume on Tuesday.
Impressions, engagement and reach are not results. A report that cannot be converted into revenue, margin or return on ad spend is not a report.
